Preschool Academy

Ages 2-5 Years

We are very proud to offer the babyballet program at TDC. Our babyballet classes are for children aged 2-5 years old. Students learn Ballet & Tap dance styles in their class with fun sing-a-long music, props, and their imagination.

Age is calculated as of April 30, 2026 and the student will be considered that age for the remainder of the year.

Preschool students cannot enrol in classes outside of their age group.

Please note that ALL of our preschool classes are independently attended.

Parents/guardians are not allowed in the classroom when the class is in session.

One parent/guardian can attend the trial class with their dancer.

Tinies class

  • Ages 2-3 years

  • The child attends class on their own {parent/carer is allowed to attend a trial class with their child}

  • Ballet & Tap dance styles

  • Choose this class if this is your child's first dance class experience

Movers class

  • Ages 3-4 years

  • The child attends class on their own {parent/carer is allowed to attend a trial class with their child}

  • Ballet & Tap dance styles

  • Choose this class if this is your child has completed the Tinies class program or is currently 4 years old. For the 3 year olds, choose this class if they are already familiar with an activity class setting.

Groovers class

  • Pre-Kindy year - your child must be attending kindy in 2027 in order to attend this class

  • The child attends class on their own {parent/carer is allowed to attend a trial class with their child}

  • Ballet & Tap dance styles

Class Schedule

Friday

  • Ages 3+, babyballet Movers & Groovers - 9:30-10:15 am

Saturday

  • Ages 2-3, babyballet Tinies - 9:00-9:45 am

  • Ages 3-4, babyballet Movers - 9:50-10:35 am

  • Ages 4-5, babyballet Groovers - 10:40-11:25 am {Pre-Kindy - must be attending Kindy in 2027 to register for this class}
